02 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
03 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - 1 cup red grapes
06 - 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed

07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly. Peel and cut strawberries, pineapples, kiwis, grapes, and cantaloupe into bite-sized portions as required.
02 - Thread fruit onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating in rainbow sequence: strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, grape. Repeat until all skewers are completed.
03 - Combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract (if used) in a mixing bowl. Whisk until mixture is smooth and homogenous.
