# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like spring in a glass without needing any alcohol, making it perfect for everyone at the table.
  • You can make a whole pitcher in under 15 minutes, leaving you time to actually enjoy your guests.
  • The combination of white grape juice with fresh citrus creates a flavor that feels both sophisticated and surprisingly simple.
02 -
  • Adding the sparkling water too early will flatten your drink, so resist the urge to do it ahead of time—wait until right before serving.
  • Fresh citrus juice makes a genuinely noticeable difference here, so if you can squeeze it yourself rather than use bottled, your guests will taste the difference immediately.
03 -
  • Slice your citrus on the thin side using a sharp knife or mandoline—thin slices release flavor gradually rather than all at once, keeping the drink balanced throughout the gathering.
  • If you're serving this to a crowd, consider making a double batch and keeping one pitcher in the refrigerator while you serve the other, swapping them out as needed to keep everything fresh and cold.
